What is not sustainable, cannot be successful.

In years of my practice, I came to realize that if I cannot help people change their habits, any results I achieve for them will not be long term. I can detox them at a cellular level, optimize their hormones, get them on the perfect nutrition for their genetic and biological makeup and they will get fantastic results, lose the excess weight, reverse their chronic disease and become full of vigour and vitality. They will achieve results in the short term but soon they will go back to old habits and reverse the progress they had made.

What is not sustainable, cannot be successful.

Hence, I developed the C.O.P.E. method where the “Enhanced Mind Mastery” is a big piece of my methodology to get you on a successful and long-lasting life of health, wellness and vitality.

One of the biggest elements of our program is helping you at your subconscious level to change those habits which are detrimental to your health. And this is not about using Willpower or any other woo-woo. Remember your brain does not know if it is a good habit or bad habit. Your brain has been programmed to do what it has been programmed to do that programming happened many, many years ago. It’s not your fault. Naming and shaming will not help.

That is why we believe that in order to fully heal your body, you have to commit to a lifestyle approach to health.

Cellular detoxification

If you don’t Detox the Cell, you will never get well.

What if you are eating healthy, exercising regularly and taking supplements but still struggle with chronic conditions such as no or low energy, losing weight, headaches, joint pain, digestive problems, allergies, hormonal or thyroid imbalances, adrenal failure or other chronic body issues?

You are NOT alone!

You are among a growing number of Americans who are suffering from energy and weight loss resistance. This condition is being driven by neurotoxins that affect our brain, hormones, and ultimately our cells. It is a cellular problem that goes far beyond feeling tired or the inability to lose weight; neurotoxins are an “up-stream” cause of most chronic health conditions today.

Majority of modern chronic diseases, including the rise in autoimmune conditions, autism related disorders, hormone conditions, cancer, heart disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, thyroid conditions, diabetes, chronic pain, and any inflammation driven disease, are all connected a condition of neurotoxicity resulting from an overflow of substances that are poisonous or detractive to our nervous system called neurotoxins.

These toxins accumulate like liquid filling a bucket. With each toxic exposure, drop-by-drop your bucket becomes fuller. A drop here and there isn’t such a big deal, as our immune systems were designed to handle a degree of toxicity. However, chronic exposure to an onslaught of chemical, physical and emotional stressors fill up your bucket each day, and at some point, the bucket begins to over flow resulting in neurotoxicity.

Toxic symptoms may occur when we get to our personal limit of accumulated toxins and are not able to clear them quickly or efficiently enough.

It may take a few decades before your bucket spills over, but once it does cellular inflammation is triggered, symptoms arise, and disease manifests.

The organs of detoxification work efficiently as a whole to reduce the body burden or toxic load of chemicals. They include the liver, kidneys, large intestine, lymphatic system, and sweat glands

In other words, there are well-defined metabolic pathways in the body that are responsible for converting toxins into chemical compounds, making it easy for the body to eliminate them (primarily through the urine or stool).

Just drinking a tea or a colon cleanse is not enough, key nutrients are required to support the Liver and Gut at the cellular levels to prevent inflammation and reverse disease. A true Detox at the Cellular level will work in 3 consecutive phases

    1. Preparation Phase: Strength downstream detox pathways to support toxin removal.
    2. Body Phase: Removes toxins at the cellular level and move toxins from deeper tissue stores (i.e. brain).
    3. Brain Phase: Clears deeper bio-accumulated neurotoxins that lead to most symptoms
So whether it’s weight-loss resistance, hormone dysregulation, thyroid problems, diabetes, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, autism, autoimmune, and even cancer, the answer is in fact to go upstream to the source and address toxicity and its effect on the cell to achieve restored health.

Optimization of Hormones

Hormones are your body’s chemical messengers. They travel in your bloodstream to tissues or organs which attach to receptors on your cells and produce positive changes when optimal. They work slowly, over time, and affect many different processes, including

    • Growth and development
    • Metabolism – how your body gets energy from the foods you eat
    • Sexual function
    • Reproduction
    • Mood
The fit is like a key in a lock. When the key is not cut right or is not optimal it will not unlock the good effects of the hormones like energy levels, memory, sex drive, metabolism and many more key functions.

Hormones are powerful. It takes only a tiny amount to cause big changes in cells or even your whole body. That is why too much or too little of a certain hormone can be serious and that is why it is extremely important that our Hormones are balanced.

The question is “Are your Normal Levels Optimal?”

You are unique and so should your hormone level be based on your level of performance. An optimal level should be the level that allows the individual to be free of the complaints and physical signs of a hormone deficiency without provoking any signs of an excess.

Signs that you may need hormone optimization include:
    • Hot flashes.
    • Night sweats.
    • Vaginal dryness.
    • Pain, itching, or burning during intercourse.
    • Bone loss.
    • Low sex-drive.
    • Mood changes.
    • Irritability

The goal of hormone optimization is to assess whether hormone levels in the body are below their optimal threshold and, if so, to treat this by developing a plan to improve hormone function.

If your body is simply not producing the hormones as it should, HRT could be an option. This treatment can either supplement under-produced hormones or replace them altogether.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is a form of HRT that uses hormones that are chemically identical to the ones naturally produced by our bodies. While traditional HRT uses synthetic or animal-derived hormones, BHRT uses only those that are plant-derived. BHRT has been shown to improve well-being in several areas, but especially in restoring balance to the endocrine system.

Performance Nutrition

Functional Nutrition is about finding the right way for each of us as individuals to eat—using food to maximize the potential for health and reverse dysfunction or disease. The “personalized nutrition” approach is based on the idea that by “individualizing” advice and support, each of us can, and will be motivated to, make the dietary changes necessary for our individual needs.

Instead of providing generic advice such as “Eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables daily,” or “Eat two portions of fish, one of which is oily fish, per week,” a personalized nutrition approach uses information to derive specific advice and support relevant for the individual.

Professor John Mathers, director of the Human Nutrition Research Centre at Newcastle University, and lead of the intervention study, explains: “Many of us know that we could improve our health and wellbeing if we eat better; however, we find it really difficult to change our eating habits and to maintain those improved eating patterns.
“In this study, we found that personalized nutrition advice helped people to make bigger and more appropriate changes to their diets than the conventional healthy eating advice which was followed by our control group.”

Max Planck Institute has published Nobel prize winning research on how your brain decides for you even though you may engage in thinking, analyzing and coming to a decision.

What we accomplish in our life, work and relationships will usually be determined by the habits that we have developed over time. Most of our choices are driven by our subconscious from what we eat to what we wear and how we react to different situations.

That is why extreme diets and/or extreme workouts cannot be sustained.

This is the most powerful component because what cannot be sustained cannot be successful. And we can only sustain when our brain and our body are in sync.

Why do you think that there is never a reunion of “The Biggest Loser” winners? You guessed it, because most have gained back their weight and some much more.

We are our habits. If we cannot change our habits, it does not matter because you cannot outlive your habits.

Most people I work with, who have health conditions, could be categorized in the contemplation stage. They are seriously thinking about life changes but have not yet made a commitment to act.
This is again because their Amygdala does not like change and thus their brain’s trying to protect them by keeping them true to the habits already developed. The Brain does not differentiate between a good habit or a bad habit.

By Retraining the brain using subconscious values, subconscious identity, clarity and vision and other mind mastery tools it becomes a simple task to change habits and the thought process which is keeping them stuck. Like it or not, your brain does all the “controlling” for you and that’s not a matter of opinion, it’s scientifically proven.
