Nutrition Counseling

Lifelong health and vitality are our birth-right! Diet and lifestyle modifications in combination with nutritional testing and dietary supplementation are the first and main tools we use at the Anchor Wellness Center with our patients. Our medical nutritionists have extensive clinical training to determine nutritional and lifestyle imbalances and to use food as medicine. We are skilled in using nutritional supplements safely and effectively to enhance the healing process for an individual. We can coordinate your care with your other medical providers to develop a comprehensive plan that is most effective. Our patient-centered, personalized approach helps to identify the various barriers which individuals encounter when making dietary and lifestyle changes. Nutrition consultations incorporate the Mind- Body connection to our food and lifestyle choices to help develop a new way of eating that is sustainable for each individual.
